I’m the founder of GrantsHRPA LLC. I retired, but I came back because AI finally makes it possible to solve the pain I lived through for decades.

As a Director of HR, Payroll, Accounting, and Grant Writing in a nonprofit organization, I experienced long hours, repetitive manual tasks, and software that never fully solved the real problems. Before that, I worked for 32 years in payroll and accounting in for-profit companies.

GrantsHRPA LLC was built to create the kind of digital tools I wish I had years ago — tools that save time, reduce frustration, and make work more manageable for grant writers, HR professionals, payroll teams, and accounting teams.

The founder of GrantsHRPA LLC brings over 32 years of experience in payroll and accounting, along with extensive expertise in HR management and nonprofit grant administration.

Throughout his career in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including senior roles in HR, Payroll, Accounting, and Grant Writing, he worked directly with the challenges of complex administrative systems and manual workflows.

This long-term, hands-on experience revealed a clear gap in practical, efficient tools for professionals in these fields.
